Jumbo Beef Rice

Materials needed~

300g thin sliced beef

Quarter purple onion

Half bag of sweet corn kernels

A small river

Three or four garlic cloves

A bowl of rice

Two eggs

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoon light soy sauce

Half tablespoon of old soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon white sugar

Salt and half teaspoon

Practice:

1. Prepare minced garlic and shallots, and share purple onions

for later use.

2. Put two tablespoons of corn oil in a non-stick pan, or other

vegetable oil with no special taste. If there is butter, adding a

small piece of it will make the taste more intense. Put in the fat

beef slices (the thinner the better! These are mutton slices.

The fat beef ran out of the hot pot last time, so it was too late

to go out to buy it. Although it is delicious, the taste is different.

Everyone still uses fat beef slices as OK unless you're a

special lamb like my family).

3. Fry the meat slices over medium-low heat until they are half

cooked and push to the side of the pot. The whole process is

operated on medium and small fires.

4. Pour in the onion and stir fry.

5. After frying until soft, push it to the side of the pot and crack

two eggs.

6. Break up the eggs and fry until they are about five matures.

Push the ingredients to the perimeter, leaving the middle of the

pan empty.

7. Pour in a large bowl of rice and sweet corn kernels (if it is a

bag of ready-to-eat sweet corn kernels, you can put them

directly, if it is other corn kernels, you can blanch them in

advance for later use).

8. Pour the minced garlic into a bowl, and two spoons of light

soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of

oyster sauce, one spoon of honey, half a teaspoon of salt, one

teaspoon of sugar, and two spoons of water, mix well. This

step was done ahead of time, and I forgot to take a picture. A

tablespoon is about 15ml, which is the spoon we use to drink

soup, and a teaspoon is about 5ml, which is the small

seasoning spoon.

9. Stir fry all the ingredients evenly, and sprinkle with chopped

chives at the end.

10. Plate and eat! Fragrant. Even meals and vegetables are

available.

11. Eat a spoonful of happiness. The amount for two adults, in

making a single serving, the fat beef slices and eggs are

halved, the rice is changed to a small bowl, and other

seasonings can be appropriately reduced.

Cooking Tips:

Basically no difficulty, even children can copy it perfectly. It is

recommended to use a non-stick pan. The amount of oil

required is different and may be different. Check the bottom oil

in the pan before adding the eggs. If the amount of oil is too

small at this time, you can add a spoonful of oil and then add

the eggs. . But generally, enough oil is enough, I don't add any

more.
