Bibimbap and noodles are delicious~ Super delicious spicy beef sauce practice
I've been thinking about beef sauce for a few days, and today I finally
got a bite to eat~ I got up early in the morning to prepare the
ingredients, and boiled this pot of spicy and spicy beef sauce.

1 tsp salt
1-2 tablespoons sugar
Practice:
1. Prepare food
2. Clean the beef, absorb the water on the surface, and cut it into
small meat pieces~
3. Put in 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and let it stand for 10-15
minutes~
4. The peanut kernels should be fried in a hot pan with cold oil and
used for later use~
5. Remove the oil from the pan, and the beef cubes and stir-fry until
there is no moisture, turn off the heat and set aside.
6. Reserve the oil in another plot. The amount of oil can be more than
the amount of chili noodles. Put the star anise and hemp pepper in
and for them until fragrant, then turn off the fire and take out the hemp
pepper and star. anise~
7. When the oil temperature drops to about 50% hot, the chili noodles
and stir well at a low heat~
8. Then add chopped green onion~
9. Stir and cook the minced singer on a small fire~
10. Then add bean paste and sweet noodle sauce~
11. Add in the beef cubes and continue to stir and cook~
12. Add sugar~
13. Boil on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, then turn off the heat,

Tips:
When cooking, it is good to use medium and low heat, do not use high
heat, so as to avoid the chili batter~
