How to make delicious beef siomai?
Shaomai, also known as Shaomai, Xiaomi and Shaomai,
is a traditional Chinese pasta with hot noodles on the skin, wrapped with
meat and steamed in a cage. It was recorded in the Yuan Dynasty.
Materials~
300g beef filling
Onion ginger appropriate amount
2 tbsp seafood soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
Appropriate amount of water
Carrots in moderation
Okra appropriate amount
Appropriate amount of pepper powder
30-40 Somali skins
Appropriate amount of corn kernels
Practice:
1. Put the beef stuffing in a bowl, and the onion ginger, seafood soy sauce,
oyster sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, pepper powder.
2. Add water several times while stirring, and keep starring in one
direction. Stir until the meat filling is smooth.
3. Chop carrots and slice okra.
4. Squeeze the human skin to form a flower shape, but fill in the center of
the skin, and gently pinch the skin edge to the middle.
5. The somali is well wrapped, it is best not to wrap it too tightly, leaving
some space in the middle. Add some chopped carrots, okra, and corn
kernels. Put in a steamer and steam over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
6. Beef saomai can be eaten, the meat is thick and delicious.
